Very good location - 5 min walk to metro, few min walk to the Kingdom Tower. The hotel was very clean, had a nice breakfast, functional internet. My room was facing the south side, so I had a nice view of the Al Faisaliah Tower. Not really very noisy, so it was a plus too. I decided to have a splurge for 1 night and this hotel did great for that.

My driver from the airport dropped me at the back rather than the front of the property by the F&B and I was approached by 2 local men who tried to 'helpfully' take my case and for the first time ever in Saudi felt very uncomfortable - I reported this to the staff when I checked in who immediately sent a team member to investigate and upgraded my room by way of an apology.

As a Solo traveller from South Africa,from the arrival,the place was inviting,beautiful and staff was welcoming including the receptionist. Kamal was amazing and offered great service,Lovely who works at the spa gave me an awesome massage and was so friendly. The room was perfect,clean and with all the essential amenities.
