The house is beautifully located at the edge of a lake, offering breathtaking views. Upon arrival, Stefan had already heated the cabin for us, making it warm and cozy. As soon as we looked out the window, we were treated to an incredible northern lights show – an absolutely magical welcome! The next day, Stefan took us on an amazing trip to the mountains, where we saw a herd of moose up close. Later, we explored the frozen lake and surrounding forest on snowmobiles, which was such a thrilling adventure! In the evening, we relaxed in the wood-burning sauna, which was perfect after a day out in the cold. To top it off, we went for another snowmobile ride at night, which created an incredible and almost surreal atmosphere. Stefan is a fantastic host—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He made sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a true Arctic adventure combined with comfort and stunning nature, Camp Caroli is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Offering a terrace and river view, Aurora River Camp Glass igloos & cabins is situated in Kiruna, 19 km from Kiruna Train Station and 17 km from Kiruna Bus Station. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Stayed in the Igloo. It was a bit small but very warm and cosy and very clean. Had a mini kitchenet with stove, microwave, and sink. (Just like a Campervan). Managed to view the Aurora from inside the igloo. It's an absolutely once in a lifetime thing to do.

It was a breathtaking experience that made our New Year incredibly special—a memory we will cherish for a lifetime.
