Everything was amazing, from checking in to check out. I was at Christmas eve there but the staff are all there to support us and being very helpful. I wish all the best for them. The room is quite spacious and I got the view to the church. I can see my car parked there. The parking space is somehow limited. The food is great and quiet complete. I had a great dinner and breakfast.

I’ve been all over Northern Sweden and I think this hotel is the best. It’s family run, and all the staff are really friendly, kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast with a lot of different choices. Tasty and good value dinner options too. 10 minutes from central Umea. Free parking. Good WiFi. Comfy and well equipped rooms. Despite being right next to a busy road, it was super quiet in the room.

The lady on reception was great, very helpful with a wonderful sense of humour, told us everything we needed know about location of the room and times for food service. Our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The hotel had plenty of facilities, pool, gym wonderful views from the restaurant and terrace. There was a very good choice for evening meals and a great choice at breakfast. I would definitely use this hotel again if in the area. Plenty of free parking.
