Very clean and nice room, comfy beds, common spaces lovely decorated and also very clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast (100 baht) was delicious and great choice of soups, eggs and sandwiches (maybe only something with fruits would be nice).

Located in the town of Chanthaburi, Maneechan Resort - SHA Certified มณีจันท์ รีสอร์ท - มาตราฐาน SHA offers affordable accommodation with free Wi-Fi. We had booked 5 nights and ended up adding 2 nights… twice! (so 9 days in Feb 25). General location & surrounding: The location is very good. The resort is easy to access by car, with ample parking (but it’s better to have a car or use taxis). It’s only a 10-15 min drive to most places in town and 30min-1 hour from most interesting sites around town (seafront, national parks, etc) Although our room window was facing the Sukhumvit road, the back garden is quite large and there is hardly any traffic at night. We were not bothered by noise. Comfort & Bedding & Storage: Our Deluxe King room was very spacious with a sitting area & terrace facing the garden. The bed was good (firm), but the pillows are gigantic and firm (as in most hotels in Thailand), I used one of the smaller cushions in a pillow cover. There was hanging space and some shelves for clothing, and a desk. Pool: The pool is enormous and clean, fantastic for doing laps. The are only a handful of sunbeds, it was not an issue on most days as a lot of independent travellers or guided tour guests do not stay long enough to lie around the pool. Breakfast (& restaurant): Breakfast selection is quite large, with egg and noodle station, fresh vegetables and fruits, fruit juice made on demand, it includes oriental and western options. If vegan, the kitchen can make a noodle or rice dish on demand. (I felt I had enough to choose from off the buffet, so I did not make this request). The restaurant has quite a large Thai menu (and a few western options) including a whole page of tofu dishes. The staff was very efficient for refilling the buffet, serving coffees and cleaning up the tables. Condition & cleanliness: The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Wifi: We used mix of Wifi and local SIM Staff & Service: Staff is present and ready to assist, we appreciated their service attitude and kindness. Value for money: Excellent.

Set in Chanthaburi, 500 metres from The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception and 15 km from Wat Chak Yai Buddhist Park, Gemstone Riverside, Chanthaburi offers air-conditioned accommodation with a... Spotless place to explore the centre of the town from, with a good view across the river. Everything you could need for a short stay was provided. A good street market is only a couple of minutes' walk away, and good restaurants are close by if you don't fancy street food.

I could not have asked for a better accommodation in Chanthaburi! Very gracious hosts who went above & beyond to make it a memorable experience. Felt like home away from home during my 21 day stay. This property offers a unique experience living in traditional Thai housing with very comfortable modern updates. Great location and gated for extra peace of mind. I hope to come back to stay again someday!

Na - cha - lae (3) er staðsett í Chanthaburi, 17 km frá Wat Chak Yai-búddagarðinum, 200 metra frá Chanthaburi City Pillar-helgiskríninu og 2,1 km frá Wat Phai Lom. The room and the whole facility were really clean, the tiles in the bathroom were shining. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, everything had been thought of by the friendly host. She cooked us breakfast in the morning, Thai style, that she made suitable for vegetarians by request. Although she didn’t speak much English, she was successfully communicating with us using a translation app. Although on the side of a main road, the room was quiet, facing the back of the house.
