In short: a wonderful stay! Everything was great the hosts, the rooms, the location near the airport. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away, and they even offered us a ride to a nearby restaurant and back. Plus, a free ride to the airport! It’s simply perfect if you need a place to stay before catching a flight the next day. The Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and equipped with lots of essentials for a perfect stay. It truly felt like home, even though we only stayed one night. We especially loved having a smart TV in the room! The Hosts: A really nice, down-to-earth, and easygoing couple. Staying with them was honestly the highlight of our trip. Despite all the amazing things we experienced beaches, island hopping and private pool villas All of it just fades compared to how wonderful our experience was at Mem Homestay. ❤️ The Location: Very close to the airport. 7-Eleven is just around the corner, a 5-minute walk, and the beach is just another 5-minute walk from there. When we arrived at Chumphon from Koh Tao (via Lomprayah Pier), we asked the staff there to drop us off at Mem Homestay, and they did, just like that! The price was included since we had already booked a ride from the pier to the airport, which is near the homestay. We truly enjoyed our stay and want to thank the hosts for their kindness, hospitality, and effort in making us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back and for longer than just one night! En definitiva nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable.

We stayed for 2 nights as a couple and the place was truly amazing—right on the river with beautiful vibes. The location is perfect, with everything nearby and just a 2-minute walk away. There’s also a great art restaurant and a café close to the property. What made the stay really special was the kindness and honesty of the host and staff. I accidentally forgot my medicine at the property, contacted them, and they shipped it to my home with no additional cost—one week later I received it safely. Then, they found my girlfriend’s jacket too and again insisted on sending it to our home without any extra charge. The host was incredibly generous, offering fruits and little things like we were family. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back again.

It is always a pleasure to have only good things to say about a place. Villa Varich exceeded our expectations. The reception was easy, we were allowed to check in early, the receptionist was gracious and helpful, spoke excellent English and provided us with a nice map and lots of information about the area such as good restaurants and things to do. A HUGE bonus is that they have Kayaks available to use, for FREE! So we stayed an extra day to Kayak the river and it was great fun. Also, bicycles are supplied free! A nearby restaurant with Hug in the name (can't remember the entire name) served the best fruit som tam I've ever had.
