Beautiful little condo with enough basic amenities to meet our needs. Its location is close to the pier so we could just walk there after getting off the boat. The property is clean and looks exactly as advertised.

It was a house with three bedrooms for our family of four. There was enough of space for all of us, the location was good, just 4 minutes away from the pier to walk. Easy to reach everywhere, 5 minutes away from the beach. The owner was very friendly and nice.

Incredible location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pier in the opposite direction. Right next to a really popular restaurant, Banana Bar, with plenty more just a stone’s throw away. Noise levels will always depend on the neighbours you get (we were lucky and it was super quiet), but you definitely won’t hear anything from the main road! Amenities all supplied, including a microwave and plenty of plates/cutlery. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower, air con was perfect. For an island stay this had absolutely everything we needed. Our host was so, so helpful. My dad cut his finger open and she showed up on her bike to take him to the clinic and then came back to get me. She asked on our first day when the best day and time for cleaning would be, and when we cancelled the cleaning she still brought toilet rolls and clean towels for us and left them outside. It was our first time on the island as we wanted to see if we liked it, and having this place as our base definitely helped us relax in a new environment and is part of the reason we’re looking forward to returning.

This is a very nice apartment! They are big - living room, separate bedroom with air conditioning, open kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee making devices. Everything is clean and nice to use. But most importantly, the apartment is very cosy, with lots of carved furniture and all sorts of interesting retro stuff. This distinguishes this place from a lot of faceless guesthouses on Samet. Many of the interior items are made by the owner himself, which is great! The owners were nice, helpful with advice and communication with them was easy. One of the best accommodation options on Samet, we recommend!
