Mainly, the hotel was unlike the others in the area, good value for the cost. Most hotels had exhorbitant prices for what they offer, just because it was the Chinese new year. Offering Thai-style bungalow and chalets set on stilts, Long Beach Chalet features accommodations where guests have options to stay either along the beach in the property's beach zone or in the... Excellent in all aspects. We were very impressed by the quality of the services, of the room, the pool and the staff that was so nice. We will definitely come back to this place when we return to Bangkok and stay more days to enjoy this excellent hotel.

I stayed in the women’s dorms. It was spacious, clean, and had a locker and a lock box. The bedding was clean and the beds also, had the curtains for privacy. The A/c unit worked well. The bathroom and showers were clean and there was an option for hot water. The breakfast was simple yet very nice. The pool area is also lovely. The whole place is actually very pretty. I enjoyed my stay here and was glad it wasn’t a party hostel, but I was still able to socialize and hang out with others from the dorms and hotel.
