Muy moderno y bien pensado, la habitación bastante amplia y con todo lo necesario, la ducha grande, la cama comodisima. Detalles que quiero destacar: tienen una lavadora a su disposición gratis! Si, es solo una, pero posibilidad de lavar tu ropa y secarla mientras estás allí me pareció perfecta, aparte que la lavadora es nueva y muy moderna. También desayuno y los snacks a tu disposición gratis! Viajábamos con un niño y tienen una mesita en la entrada con juegos y 2 vivos para los pequeños. A lo mejor no hay mucho espacio para caminar por allí, pero posibilidad de que tu hijo tenga algo de actividad o juegos es un top para mi. Muy recomendable el sitio.

RINA Poolvilla (รินะ พูลวิลล่า) está ubicado en Hat Yai, a solo 8 minutos a pie de Centro comercial CentralFestival Hatyai, y tiene alojamiento con terraza, jardín y pileta al aire libre. I was contacted by the staff Sis Fareeda way before I checked in the property. She ensured that the rooms were cold and ready by the time we arrived at night. Sis Fareeda was the most amicable of host. She sat down, chatted with us while my card was constantly being declined. Out of good faith, Sis Fareeda told us to rest for the night first and we can try to make the payment again the next day. She knew we were 2 tired travellers and offered us a balm to try to ease our aching body and runny noses. That balm really worked, so we ended up getting a few. Unfortunately, we only had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights as the property was fully booked. Things started getting better when Sis Fareeda contacted us again immediately when one of the guests cancelled the booking. Soooooo. We ended up staying there for the 3rd night. This place is really just too good. To anyone travelling there, the villa has a private pool,2 hugeass queen beds, clean smelling (little like sweet fruity perfume smell), hospitable host, and a balcony for you to enjoy the morning sun or just chilling out there at night. It is close to Central HatYai also, a laundry service and a 24hr halal food stall (a short drive). To make things even better, a guard petrols te area at night to make sure your vehicle is safe. There is also a industrial workshop infront of the villa so the place doesn’t feel too creepy at night while you are hanging out in the balcony. Don’t worry, there is barely any noise coming from the workshop. Just the occasional soft alarms that makes you feel like you are not alone. Kinda like white noise if I may say.

Staff helpful and accomodating, able to book tuk tuk to the night market and recommend a good European restaurant. Food was good at the resort also. Pools were loads of fun for the kids

My first impression is the front desk staffs who are very friendly. They offered to change the room that fit with 3 people. The hotel location is convenient to go to the Songkla Old Town and Koh Yor. The breakfast is super good. My friends and I had lunch on the arrival day and 2 dinner on the following days, the meal are very delicious.
