The guest house is just a very short walk from the historic park and the weekend night market. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

But even if you didn’t manage to get one of the bungalows, the longhouse also has ample communal space for relaxation overlooking a small rice field.

The owner was so sweet and helpful! The property provides rent free bikes so you can move to the center because the location is not that central, so it is a great thing they do! We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. The accommodation was spacious with a comfortable, large bed and lots of outside space. Breakfast good with a big enough choice and the staff were really helpful (arranging pick up from Phitsanulok train station, transport around Sukothai etc). A great pool to cool off in and easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants.
