The cabins were cute, with good quality beds and bedding, very comfortable. The location couldn’t be more central, it was perfect for us. The lady at reception (presume the property Owner/manager) was incredibly helpful. At first I thought she was being salesy but then realised that everything she helped with was very good and more efficient than we could have procured on our own. Highly recommend getting her to organise your boat trip but ask what is best based on the weather and the tides etc so you get advice not just to meet what you ask for but to suit the conditions. The laundry service was very efficient too.

I was worried that I was going to feel too removed from the main area of the island, but having explored it pretty extensively I felt this was EXACTLY the right place to stay on the island. The staff is so amazing and friendly and the food is good and the location is perfect. This is exactly where you should stay on Koh muk!

This property is excellent. It’s situated in the jungle but only a short walk from the main strip. It is so relaxing and the staff will go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Unfortunately Ill health meant we had to cut out stay short. The owners arranged our transport to the mainland and woke super-early to cook us a breakfast and ensure we made our transfer safely. We will definitely be staying again

This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel has a restaurant, and A Lo Dang Beach is 2 km away. Incredibly beautiful place to stay with staff who were so kind and helpful the whole stay. The resort is set up slightly on a hill so has beautiful views of the pier and the beach, which on one day we sat next to the swing in the shade and painted the scene as a family. They have towels and a beach mat to borrow to take whenever you like and a Tuk Tuk ready to take you where you need to go (for a small standard Tuk Tuk fee payable at check out). They arranged a cooking class for us which was short but still sweet and enjoyable. They also arranged a boat tour to the emerald cave (a must see) and snorkelling on Koh Kradan (another nearby beautiful island). Finally they arranged out exit from the island including a taxi from Trang to Krabi. (When we left we also forgot a bag which the hotel took back to the pier for us and put on the next boat, all while commmunicating directly with our taxi driver to keep him informed of its arrival!)

Enjoying breakfast while taking in the breathtaking views from the restaurant was an experience in itself — peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable. My room view was absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere throughout the entire resort is calming and refreshing. Every detail inside the room — from the décor to the layout to the small thoughtful touches — was perfectly curated to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Kachonghills Tented Resort is one of those rare places where everything just feels right. The combination of exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and meticulous attention to detail makes it a stay you’ll remember. This hotel simply makes you feel good. Highly recommended!

Situated in Koh Mook, a few steps from Hua Laem Prao Beach, Mook Ing Lay features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This 3-star resort offers room service and a tour desk. Rooms have a balcony with garden views. Sweet apartment in a 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The walking street is also not more than five minutes away. the owner of the Mook Ing Lay was very lovely and helpful. The room was clean and every day someone was there to clean the apartment. I can fully recommend this apartment.

If you want a western breakfast you can't beat their sourdough toast and delicious homemade yoghurt. Their homemade coconut ice cream served with mango and peanuts is sheer bliss. They also have a shop with a much more interesting selection of clothing than anywhere else on the island. I'd definitely go back.

There is a lounging area on the patio or balcony. We had great time at Mook Lamai Resort. Staff, location and everything was amazing. You can either take a taxi from pier for 50 baht per person or you can arrange a pick up from hotel. It is 5 mins by taxi and 10-15 mins by walk. They also helped us arrange a taxi to go Krabi town. I would highly recommend this hotel.
