The location of the guesthouse was perfect. It was very easy to find, had free off street parking and was close to restaurants. There was also a very professional massage shop (Reelas) opposite the driveway entrance to Mukdas. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable, pleasantly softer than most Thai hotel beds. Checking was fast and efficient and the staff were always pleasant and friendly.

If you have own transport, this is a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the large balcony outside is great, car parking in front of every bungalow, and great food for a cheap price. They bring the food to the room so you can enjoy it on the balcony.

We had a Pool Villa with private Pool. The Room was great! Had really a good time there. The Stuff was very friendly and we get a good service. They got free parking space there.
