The location is ideal, with easy access to the MRT and major Taipei attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a high-quality Hilton experience with the unique charm and character of the Tapestry Collection.

The host was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our stay. The location is ideal (near Taipei Main Station and Airport Rail, and Ximending). Many convenience stores nearby are open 24/7. Near shopping and dining establishments. Very safe and quiet. On the outside, the room looks simple, but inside, it is elegant and comfy. Japanese-type toilet with remote is a plus! Spacious shower room. The towels and amenity kits were all provided during our 5D4N stay. Luggage storage is also convenient. Very kind and communicative staff! I would stay here again when I come back to Taipei.

I loved how the room was divided, and that I get a full bathtub and shower in one enclosed room. I also liked how there was a Japanese styled toilet which is always nice to have, and the bed is so massive that I can sleep horizontally on it. Customer service was nothing short of amazing. I lost my hotel keys twice, which never happens, but the staff did not charge me at all for my mistakes.
