Located in Taipei, Grace Hotel Dunbei has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Overall was great. However , during our stay , we had a horrible experience on 24/12/23 early morning around 4:20am , which the emergency alarm in the room was triggered twice ; after we call the receptionist , was told that “may be someone “ accidentally touch the emergency alarm that it was triggered for the whole hotel rooms. That doesn’t make sense if only one of the room guess has some emergency case , how can the emergency alarm triggered in every rooms ? Anyway. After that I can’t sleep back again.

The checkin and checkout was really smooth (barely took 5 mins). The staff was really kind and polite, especially the cleaning staff who made sure we came to a clean and organized room everyday after travel. If I travel to Taipei again, I am definitely booking again.

We stayed in Delight hotel for 6 nights in VIP suite during mid-Feb. The hotel is overall in good condition and only 3min walk to Nanjing-Fuxing MRT station. Our room was clean and spotless. The breakfast has both Asian and Western options and was available from 7AM til 10AM. We once arrived at the hotel restaurant just as it was about to close but the lady was kind enough to serve us food. The staffs speak fluent English and are willing to go out of their ways to help us with our problems. There is also a coin-operated laundry machine at the premises, with reasonable price (60 TWD for 45min). The detergent can also be bought at the receptionist which is very convenient. 10/10 Would definitely stay at this place again.
