The Hotel is very nice and well maintained. The pool area is fantastic. Free coffee and tea in the pool house. Nice parking lot.

It was a big room that had everything I needed. They have a big parking lot which was great for parking big work vehicles/trailers

I try my hardest to always stay here! But this trip was out of control. Wash machines broken and the humidity from dryer could be felt through the interior halls. Poole smoking weed in there rooms all halls smelled of it!! Yuck! Staff didn’t do anything about it. Pool swamped with kids jumping gate from other local hotels. Same kids playing football in parking lot hitting cars. All hotel staff could say is here is coins for laundry….

Price was OK. Wifi working. A lot of bling all around. Huge parking lot.

We were greeted when we walked into the lobby... we walked across the parking lot for something to eat. It was a pet friendly hotel even though we didn't bring our pups.

Close location to beach. Convenient breakfast. Parking lot close to rooms. Early check in available at no cost.

Room was filthy- over 20 cigarette butts on the balcony- hair in the shower on the walls, phone was filthy, and so were the walls and light switches. There was also a lot of trash in the parking lot. Hallways smelled horrible, room carpet was full of stains, and the elevators were dirty. Door locks were flimsy and I didn’t sleep as I felt unsafe.

1.Staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. 2.Very good breakfast, including eggs, sausages and waffles. 3.We were upgraded for free to a king suite! 4.The room was big and very clean, bed was comfortable. 5.Bathroom was spacious. 6.Previous guests mentioned hotel noise outside rooms, we had a very quiet night. 7.Ample free car parking spaces.
