Cozy place with good vibes in a nice street with lots of trees. There is plenty of free parking and helpful staff. Walking distance to trendy NW 23rd Ave, Pearl District, and the Old Town. Lots of restaurants and breweries. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and cookies. It's not fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy but clean, comfy, and safe. It's all of that, and it was perfect for our needs.

The location seemed OK, commercial area of Sandy Blvd, but locked, gated access to parking lot indicated there might be security concerns. Typical old 2 story concrete block motel with lots of very bright lights in all external passageways and well lighted parking lot. Very easy access to freeway within a block. AC/ heat unit worked adequately, TV worked.

Beautiful and very comfortable and well-thought-out loft space, ideal for a family of 3 or 4. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we were sad not to be able to cook a meal there (apart from breakfast). There was lots of information on the area in the room. Great view from the balcony! We loved the frogs by the parking lot and the absolute peace at night. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We didn’t stay for breakfast-had to leave very early. The parking garage was a mystery. The valet told me it was on a specific side of the block but I could not find it! Or anywhere on the block. Very strange. I ended up just parking in the municipal parking lot nearby.

Great location, walking distance to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Great hiking nearby (although this might require a car). The lobby with fireplace was comfortable and a great place to enjoy our free glass of wine upon arrival. Sufficient street parking nearby ($1 per hour, free at night until 8am - although prepaying wasn't possible so you'd have to go to the parking meter at 8am to pay).
