The breakfast was delicious and the location, halfway between Montevideo and Lago Marin was perfect for us. It was tranquil and a wonderful place to relax after a very long trip from Newark, NJ, USA. There were many birds that were new to me, the landscape was very pretty and the grounds were well maintained. The bed and breakfast had a wonderful library and dining area. The hosts were wonderful.

An off season visit so the facility is very quiet. No traffic, no barking dogs. Just the morning chorus of birds. It is a recreational centre by a large water supply dam that appears to be for boating and fishing too. Well sell up for visiting groups or school camps with pool and multiple playgrounds and bbq areas. Very simple accommodation in dorm style cabins of approx 8 rooms with a kitchenette. Not much furniture or equipment though but perhaps just off season . 24hr reception is great for late arrivals
