The location was so convenient for an overnight on our way from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The infrastructure was immaculate, rooms very well appointed, staff so friendly and accommodating, and padstal a delightful surprise.

We thought this place was amazing. The location was beautiful, Hans and Marina are lovely they are so welcoming and friendly. The cottage was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The garden, fruit/olive grove and the pool were so peaceful to relax in. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants. It was a perfect relaxing stay for us, cannot wait to return, but for longer next time!

Mart is a superfantastic host. The room is great with many small nice details, like I.e. fresh flower on the towel. Can only recommend.

What a discovery!!! And that's coming from a really picky traveler. We were looking for a night over place on our way north but when we arrived at Rooilande farm we decided immediately to stay an extra night. The area is huuuge, you're driving good 20 min from the main road. Bungalows look brand new, super well designed. Rooms are more than spacious, you get storage area, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with beautiful bathtub with window next to it. The highlight however is a terrace facing the valley. You see nothing else but sky and hills. A zebra occasionally walks in the distance to a water tank. Absolute peace and quiet. There are several animals on the farm almost all of them rescues bunch of horses, ostrich a dog, a cat, few Alpacas. All of it plus exceptional hosts made our stay a divine experience. We wish we could stay there longer.
