CanadaIt was clean, modern, and very quiet. I was a late check-in, and reception was easy. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. While it is about 20 minutes outside Matane, it is worth the distance. I have stayed at multiple spots in town while traveling, and most are outdated and loud road noise. Motel M is in a small town and exceptionally quiet with modern appeal.

The staff made the hotel! Very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located and the beach was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Huge shout out to the Manager at the hotel. He’s wonderful!

Fantastic location (make sure you book a room with sea/Saint Lorenz) view. Great breakfast is available - but is not included in room rate... (a bit pricy, but was worth it)
