Great service! Very clean, cozy

Exceptional! The property is excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean, well-equipped, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Everything was well organized, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The manager and all the staff were amazingly responsive to anything we needed. We asked for an extra fan because it was during a heat wave and they sent one to our room before we even arrived back from our activities for the day. When our 3-year-old left his stuffed animal, they found it and mailed it back to us. Breakfast was tailored to our group size, tasty, and ready at a time we prearranged - and all for a very affordable price - especially in Switzerland. We stayed in the apartment, which had a well-equipped kitchen, new IKEA furniture, and plenty of space for our large group.

The staff is so friendly and generous.. we arrived late and the kitchen had closed.. the lady managing got us a big bowl of potato chips and peanuts and a bottle and did not charge us. The room was spacious, everything is brand-new and of high quality, and the view from the window was so nice overlooking a village and green space

Property was in immaculate condition. Staff was extremely polite and helpful! Well situated with public transportation! I got more than expected.

Mario the owner is really nice, the rest of the staff are polite but not very friendly, but you don't have to deal with them after having the key anyway. It's basically a pizza place with a hotel attached to it. The Location is truly Fantastic, a very short walk from the old town, and the town itself is beatiful, and the locals are really nice. We had a room.with a balcony, not all rooms are like that, but having some time in the balcony everyday was great. Cleaning took place daily, quietly and wirh good care.

The staff were extra friendly and helpful. That drinks and snacks are available for free at all times, was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious.

Closeness to the train station. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The property is stunning. The views are phenomenal. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Very kid friendly with the play ground on site. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Everything was wonderful
