Pablo (the owner) has set up a warm and welcoming environment for families. The facility is picturesque, the rooms are super clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the in-room A/C kept us nice and cool, and the pools (4 of them) are well maintained, withe plenty of loungers and places to sit available. The food is delicious (Colombian cuisine platos tipicos soooo good) and plentiful. The best part? The wonderful and caring staff! Daniela and Fabio and Ilda and the rest took excellent care of our family. Recommended for a dia de sol or a weekend stay. We plan to return soon.

The manager of hotel went above and beyond in making sure all my needs were met and that I had just the right amount of entertainment to keep myself busy. The room accommodations were superb and I love that they had hot water and a great shower and spa facilities. Also they allowed my friends service dog to come to hotel with no problems. 6 🌟 s
