The breakfast was fantastic and they had gluten free rolls that they would warm for me every morning. The bed was comfortable, they gave me extra pillows when I asked for them, and I have a very severe dust allergy and had no issues with the bedding. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I needed to clean my clothes they allowed me to use their one washing machine for free, even though they do not usually offer that as an amenity for guests. They also let us check into our room at 9am on a morning when we arrived super early because no one had stayed in the room the night before. If we ever come back to Hamburg, this is the only hotel we will be staying with. Easy access to hot water and tea. A great cappuccino machine in the lobby. Love this place!!!

“A very well-equipped studio, with hygiene at a very high level. Peaceful location, very well connected by public transport to the city center, and also with a direct line to the airport. The breakfast was perfect. The hosts were available for any information or assistance, for which we are very grateful. Highly recomended!

Boarding house was basically apartment with hotel perks like daily cleaning. We were placed in the "new building" of the Boarding house, and it was very good experience. Apartment is modest, but clean with a lot of light and comfortable bed. It was equipped with small kitchenette, that was basic and equipped for exactly two persons, bit more than sufficient for preparing breakfast and simple meals (no usable kitchen knives though, just small fruit peelers). There was also kettle and Nesspresso machine. Bathroom was rather large, with big shower, although toilet bowl was a bit high for shorter people. Location was also perfect. Just around the corner from U-Bahn and bus station, on one end of Reeperbahn, only one subway station from bigger hub that takes you anywhere in the city within 15 minutes of riding. Boarding house is tucked around the corner of a bigger house in quiet block of houses and lot of greenery, so there was no noise even on Saturday night while Reeperbahn partying was on full blast. Elbe bank is some 5 minutes of walk away, and there is a bunch of different restaurants and bars there, as well as the market (visit on Sunday morning more than recommended) and market are under ten minutes. Elbe tunnel and U-Boot museum are just there as well, and public boat transport dock.. Boarding house restaurant and bar looked very cozy, but we did not had a chance to try it. Too many things to do and visit around :) Would recommend, and would return when in Hamburg again.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is beautiful both from the outside and in terms of its interior design. The lobby is particularly impressive—spacious, elegant, and very welcoming. My room was large, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and with the windows closed, the room was exceptionally quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The mattress was comfortably firm, providing excellent support and ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was so pleasant that it was easy to imagine staying there for an extended period without feeling the need to spend much time outside. The hotel is conveniently surrounded by a variety of small restaurants and cafés, offering plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. There is also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to pick up anything you might need during your stay. Although the breakfast selection was fairly traditional and did not change much from day to day, all the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. There was enough variety to create a different breakfast every morning. Overall, I would rate this hotel as excellent. It offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style, tranquility, and a convenient location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
