Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Weimar

Staff went out of their way to help us with a medical emergency. Very professional and kind. We count ourselves lucky to have booked this place. Aside from this, the house is an architectural gem, designed during the last years of Eastern Germany and completed, after redesign, in a united Germany. Quite the destination by itself!

We stay there twice and we really like it to be there. We recommend to all and definitely we would like to stay there for night again.

What a nice surprise. We booked last minute as we were driving through Germany and needed to stay overnight due to bad traffic. The hotel is great: very clean, great beds and bedding, free (!) mini fridge, free parking, absolutely wonderful breakfast. The breakfast is a standout: very good scrambled eggs with optional bacon/meatballs, pancakes with apple sauce, great selection of cold cuts and cheeses, tomatoes with mozarella and other salads/vegetables, good coffee and tea (including rooibos). Highly recommended. Price to value ratio is great. Once in Weimar, see the Bauhaus Museum, very interesting. We will definitely keep an eye on other Dormero hotels in Europe.

I liked the interior design. Classic without kitch. We stayed in a large historical room with a free upgrade.

Lovely position in the centre, close to everything we wanted to see. Spacious and light. Bathroom fitted out well, including a lovely washing machine. Owner helpful.

Location-wise, it's fantastic! It's right in the city center, yet it was pretty peaceful during our stay. Supermarkets, restaurants, and the like are just a few meters away. Likewise, bus stops are a stone throw away from the flat, and the main train station is less than 30 minutes away by foot. The flat is perfect for a small group (2-3 pax) as there is a sofa bed in the living room. A coffee machine and several types of tea are provided. Likewise, there's a fitted kitchen with utensils, so if guests prefer to cook their own meal, it's possible. The dishwasher is a great plus. The open planned living room, kitchen, and dining area make it spacious and cosy. The toilet and bath have a flare of both simplicity and elegance. Internet connection is provided for free. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. Bonus, it's a few minutes away by bus from the Buchenwald concentration camp, which is worth visiting.

Very accommodating and friendly, highly recommend! Great location near the motorway for travellers.

The host was friendly, but really confusing. She set up a time to pick up the keys, was late, and still had to clean the apartment. She could just have asked us to come later.

Great calm location in walking distance to city center, free parking in the street, smooth check in with code, nicely decorated and well equipped appartment, perfectly clean and comfy. High quality bakery café Brotklappe nearby.
