The cottage was perfect! Cute accomodation and great location.

It was as close as one can get to city center. 4 min walk to the pub. Everything is on walking distance.

This is a great hotel located in a great place managed by wonderful people! Breakfast was great, fresh and delicious! So was the diner in the evening, with full restaurant but not too much waiting for your order and having a whole lot of kind attention of the people from the hotel/restaurant. Parking free of charge, way enough place for it. Great walking around with beautiful landscapes and views of the powerful North Sea and the countryside. Close to small town Ribe with historical downtown and ancient cathedral. Some little nice restaurants. Again, great smiling people there, thank you, thanks Denmark! CU!

Stay in such old building was a true privilege and amazing experience. However, you need to be aware that this is not 5* hotel standard, eg. not all rooms have private bathroom, there is no fridge or AC. If you leave such expectations and decide to be open to experience a history with warm customer service in a perfect, pet friendly location - then it's your place. Breakfast is available when you order it day before - very tasty. I truly recommend to visit this hotel.

Absolutely spotless - a beautifully designed ranch just outside the town of Ribe. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, and in the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine in the garden while watching the sunset. Parking is available directly at the property without any hassle. The owner was very kind and professional, and the Danish breakfast was delicious. All of this at a fair price.

The location, upkeep, maintenance, size. Everything. It was a wonderful experience to stay somewhere where the hosts were openly helpful and so professional at the same time. The presentation of everything from the rooms to the shared spaces and food presentation was excellent. We arrived by bicycle so after riding 200 km and struggling to get to the Island because of the tide, we were happy to be greeted with being asked if we wanted dinner in the restaurant. Plus being offered help with the best way to leave with our bicycles because of high tide, helped us plan the trip going forward. Truly an unforgettable stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay and felt completely at home from the very first moment. The house is full of charm and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We stayed as a family of three with our five-year-old and our dog – and it was absolutely ideal for all of us. The location right by the cathedral is fantastic, and everything is within easy walking distance – the city center, museums, and many other sights. Communication was easy and uncomplicated throughout, which made everything even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked our next stay for next year. Highly recommended!

We loved everything! The size of the flat is great, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has the basic appliances for a short stay like ours. We loved the private patio! Staff is very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was a bit difficult to find at first, even when using Google Maps. For us the driveway to the house was a bit narrow because we own a van. But for normal passenger cars it will be a lot better. The house is cosy and clean and has a beautiful large garden. The owner is very kind and gave tips regarding ´black sun season´ which was appreciated by us.

The perfect place to relax. Complete peace and quiet, a charming garden with a pond and seating around it. There’s a terrace in front of the accommodation, lit up with fairy lights in the evening. The accommodation is a short drive from the city center (about 2 minutes by car to the parking lot) or a few minutes' easy walk.

We loved the little red house. You feel at home, the first minute you walk in. Beds slept very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equiped. The island is calm, and nature is beautiful.

The house was lovely, spacious, well equipped and very quiet. Location was just perfect close to Ribe.
