Very friendly reception and nice clean rooms

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. A special thank you to the kind, dark-haired girl at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m especially grateful that she allowed me to enter my room before the official check-in time and kindly let me leave my luggage for some time after check-out. Her kindness and warm attitude really made a difference. The breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, and the location was excellent, close to all the main sights. Overall, a very pleasant experience and wonderful hospitality.

Our room had a sauna. Location next to the old town. Very quiet hotel.

The owner was amazing. Very helpful, attentive and kind. Inside was a bit cold as heating was already off. He offered to us to choose the warmest room. Mattress and pillow were great too (very important for me). 5 min walk from the border, hot water/tea/coffee is in the room. And all this comfort costs very little.

Great place to stay on budget ..

Booked at very short notice after not getting through the border. Received self check-in instructions very quickly. The room itself was very warm with a super comfy bed, free biscuits coffee and tea. Host extremely helpful, answered all questions quickly and politely. We're often in Narva, and we'll definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Comfortable bed, clean apartment, parking and everything you need if you want to cook.

Great apartment: clean and newly renovated. It’s perfect for border crossings—you can wait in the line and easily walk back and forth to the apartment whenever needed. A big thank you to the host for helping me switch my booking; it was a huge help. My only suggestion: please add a small map or screenshot (e.g., from Google Maps) showing the exact entrance to the building, as it’s a bit tricky to find. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great location, second floor :), quiet neighborhood. Bathroom and toilet are combined, gas water heater, bathtub. Host was so kind and left some shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste ☺️, also head dryer and washing detergent. Living room is spacious , includes flat smart tv ( Netflix and Youtube can be used). Kitchen includes everything you need. Hob, microwave, coffee maker DolceGusto, large fridge. Cozy and clean bathroom with large bed and large duvet 👍 Lovely place, very clean and good equipped for staying
