On the plus side, room was quite big. That's it. The problems: No sense of customer service - it felt like they just wanted me to pay and leave. The attitude of the girl (text and in the morning - not sure if it was the same person) was outrageous. Nobody to welcome me when I arrived, just a number on the door to call. Quite a deflating feeling No restaurant or bar in the hotel. Just you and perhaps a few other people in their rooms. No stable wifi in room - I had to have my video call sitting on the stairs outside my room. Hotel told me it was because of a storm, but it worked in the corridor. When I orginally mentioned it, I was told that I must be wrong, as "no other customer had complained about wifi". She insisted it was "nothing to do with the hotel". Noisy aircon pump - woke me up every 15 minutes or so. Very hot water comes out of cold tap - so can't drink it Broken shower head holder Staff wouldn't make me a coffee in the morning, sent me on a 10 minute walk to the village. Then told me to be back by 11 as "they had other guests" and needed to clean my room Hotel asked me what time I was leaving before I even managed to get in. Noise from corridor when inside room Threatening messages after paying - "check in online now or you wont be allowed to sleep in the hotel".
