Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Darnius

The hosts were absolutely charming, the location was divine and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was simply delicious, flawless attention to detail.

The location was good. Booking in was easy. The bed was comfy and big. Two singles lashed together. The shower was great and the aircon worked. Downstairs was an adjoining buffet. Good food and reasonable prices. Tip ; If booking Saturday night do it well in advance as the French descend like an invading army and book it up for the buffet, shopping and probably the bingo!!

Location is perfect if you are traveling. Its very close to the outlet centre which was also very nice. Nice personell, we were able to check in a bit earlier. Sound proof rooms so you don't hear the cars on the highway. Checkout untill 12am, perfect for night travelers.

Very private. Lovely rustical hause :)and pool outside on the terrace. Nice view, amazing sunrise. In the Agullana (closiest villige) very good bacery

Great location. Professionnel, friendly staff. Large room. Parking Ww will be returning

The property is very comfortable and quiet and has the benefit of air conditioning which we really needed this year. The highlight is the beautiful terrace room overlooking trees and the river. The town is exceptionally beautiful with a couple of good restaurants and a bar/restaurant in the main square which also does very good tapas. The walks in the area are also really nice, especially the one to the tower overlooking the town.

The hosts are extremely welcoming and kind. The location and views are amazing. The food is homemade, delicious and taken from the hosts garden as much as possible. The building is quirky and unique.

The accommodation was spacious and clean and peaceful and met our needs perfectly. Everything was well maintained and in good order. The pool area was amazing and great for lazy afternoons after a busy day's sightseeing. Pol was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Everything was great and we would book again if in the area.

A wonderful short stay in Hostal de l'Aigua, Sant Llorenç de la Muga. My room was comfortable, spacious, plenty of places to put my stuff and make it a mini-home for a few days!! The Catalan breakfast is amazing with more than enough food to fill your boots with!! I also had lunch while I was there and it was delicious!! The River Muga is literally over the road for lovely walks and swims. Of course, the best of all me was that it was pet-friendly!! I had a room with a lovely terrace which was perfect for both of us. Even sat out on the terrace under the porch whilst it rained!!! My dog enjoyed the stay so much, she didn't want to leave!! (See my pics) Olga was very kind, helpful and friendly and it was soooo nice that she remembered my name throughout my stay!!

Comfortable beds and a fridge in the room! They also let us store our bicycles in the garage under CCTV camera. The on-site restaurant was excellent for dinner. The town unless you are shopping for bulk alcohol or cigarettes, I would give it a miss.

The apartment was lovely and as the photos showed. The shared area with the pool table and tv was excellent and a real addition to the holiday. The jacuzzi and indoor pool was our children’s favourite place but they also liked the outside pool. It’s not long enough for lengths but was a welcome cooling off spot for the hot days. While it is quiet in the village everyone is lovely and friendly. The lady we dealt with was extremely helpful and responsive.

Todo genial, Harry, el propietario, es maravilloso, la limpieza del apartamento era excepcional, cuenta con todo lo necesario para el día a día.

The outdoor space, the terrace with the view of the church and the woodfired sauna was lovely and the beds were very comfortable.
