Very nice hotel, large clean room with good bathroom. Excellent parking. Excellent location for exploring the Bowland Forest. Also the restuarant is excellent and very reasonable.

The house was lovely, so quaint and well appointed. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use the TV or the cooking facilities as we went out locally to eat. The house is situated quite close to different pubs and eateries, in fact, there is a great little bakery just a few doors up from the house which was great and meant we picked up some sandwiches and pies (got to have a meat and tatty pie when visiting Lancashire!) for the drive home. I am originally from Lancashire but moved away so when I come back to visit family it's perfect to find little houses to stay in, we would book the house again if we had the opportunity.

It is an exceptional facility. My only niggles, and these are constructive comments not complaints are as follows. The second entrance door needs the lock removed, because after going outside for a cigarette, the door was locked due to accidentally catching the switch. The bed was too soft, but that is a personal preference and there is nothing wrong More towels at book in, one small and one large towel may cause problems. If it’s booked for a couple, towels for each guest. More pillows, one pillow for each is not enough, give the guest the choice of more pillows. The above is not a criticism, I understand that the establishment is newly opened and maybe you have just overlooked certain things. I certainly would recommend you and will be on my list for Preston which I visit regularly. I hope you make a good venture here as most of the facilities are fantastic
