Perfect location. 5 min walk to bus and the attractions. Dimitri is a welcoming and friendly host , true Georgia 🇬🇪 hospitality. Speaks good English and very helpful with any information. Very good breakfast. 🥞. Simple room but very clean and was also cool despite being hot outside. Must be well insulated, There was no need for a/c.

It was like home. Cute, helpful, kind family. They help with anything you need. Very close to the old town and cathedral.

The hotel is at a great locatiin and the staff is very friendly. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Stayed here in 2022 and will stay here again next time I'm in Georgia. Thanks!!

David is a very friendly host and has the most beautiful terrasse on the first floor with the best view on the church! Also on a hot day it's lovely to spend time on the terasse as david has an incredible green garden💕 And the rooms are super clean! Didi madloba, we would definitely come back!

Wonderful place, have nothing bad to say. There was a cute dog near the place, very friendly + there were some cats that came at night, also very lovely. The owner is quick and responsive.

The location is great, the host is nice and friendly. I loved the amazing view from the balcony! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

This was the most beautiful and well located property in Mtskheta. Nana is the best host and she so kindly, gave us the most delicious homemade Khinkalis for us to try. The beds are very comfortable, everything in the house is clean. The bedroom also has a beautiful view to the Monastery. The shower is very good and with good hot water pressure. The kitchen has everything you would need and some brand new appliances too. This was the best place we stayed in the whole of Georgia and we would 100% come back.

Although breakfast isn't included, as clearly stated, there are convenient shops nearby, and the apartment is well-equipped for preparing your own meals. If you'd rather not cook, there are plenty of nearby cafes to choose from. We absolutely loved the apartment, especially the beautiful view, fresh air, and incredibly friendly hosts.
