Gorgeous property just on the side of town. Has unobstructed views across the valley and along the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff, an amazing restaurant and bar.

The room is comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The waiters and all the other staff are friendly. The facilities are interesting. The surroundings are beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay in Telavi. Highly recommended. Special thanks and acknowledgement for the staff workers, who were extremely kind and generous with us during our stay (I forgot some of my belongings after our check out and they helped me very much to get them back!) If we come back to Telavi we will choose again for sure this hotel.

This place was pure joy. The decoration, the taste in each corner, the care of the owner for every little detail make this place unforgettable. Plus: value for money is the most amazing, I would give 20 out of ten to that. All the furniture are brand new, the linens very good, the bathroom perfect. And the breakfast, made with love by the wonderful owner. We loved everything, thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable, a piece of our soul will stay there forever.

Everything was just great! The people, the location, the breakfast and of course the room per se. I especially enjoyed drinking some really good wine accompanied by delicious khachapuri at the back yard beside the pool.

I just want to express my gratitude for the amazing hospitality. From the warm welcoming, the details, the flexibility to adjust my reservation accordingly to my needs and the excellent personal. The place is so beautiful, clean and calm. Excellent who really wants to recharge your energy, relaxing with the family and enjoy all the amazing wineries and cities around. With my mom we really feel like home. Without doubt exceed our expectations and we had a great time. Gonna come back for sure!

I really enjoyed Lorias House. It is small, just two rooms, so is quiet. The host is helpful and kind. I had full use of the dedicated guest kitchen which has fridge, cooker, kettle and basic utensils. There is a shady balcony with views over the garden to the mountains. It is well located, 3 minutes from the road along which the Tbilisi marshrutka travels, so they can drop you off there. And its a flat 10 minute walk to the town centre where theres a great food market, the main marshrutka station and good shops. The rooms are big and dark so sleep was good. The host arranged shared taxi transport to Tbilisi via the Gomburi pass.

The place is absolutely stunning, with a magical atmosphere and perfect hosts. I had the full board option, and every single meal was incredibly delicious. The Kakhetian cooking masterclass was a true highlight — an unforgettable experience!

I had a very pleasant stay at Cozy House in Telavi. I was traveling solo and found the place comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The location is very convenient, the room had everything I needed, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. Great value for money and a perfect choice for a stay in Telavi. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the best place I have stayed in Georgia by a million miles, and it’s one of my favourite places I’ve stayed ever. Lali and Liza are truly beautiful people and are the embodiment of Georgian hospitality. I simply cannot thank them enough for their generosity and I cannot recommend staying here more. It’s a beautiful home, so warm, really comfortable and relaxed. Eating Lali’s delicious breakfast on the balcony with the amazing views of the mountains is absolutely perfect. I’m so sad to have left! Didi madloba!!

A very quiet place, in a quiet neighborhood. All facilities are available: washing machine, fridge, kitchen, garden with lots of shadow places. The beds are old style, but clean. Thick mattresses, pillows. I had 2 very good nights of sleep.

Perfect location. Just next to all the highlights of Telavi. You can visit Sighnaghi from here too, some amazing monasteries, and wine cellars.

really sweet uncle as host! loved the house, it was so spacious! we stayed only for a day but wished we could stay more and befriend the dog perhaps.

Super friendly and helpful staff who also helped us with taxi bookings. Very comfortable room and bed and a great set of pools. The breakfast is very varied and delicious and the hotel has a fantastic restaurant on the 5th floor where they also serve their own wine.

The apartment was perfect for our family. The separate entrance was useful, so we could come and go without disturbing anyone. Neli & Zaal we're lovely hosts who made sure we were comfortable. Zaal also shared some of his homemade wine, which was delicious. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Every comment would be unnecessary. The rating is a perfect 10. A blend of hedonism and genuine enjoyment.

The hotel is very cute and cozy. We were with two kids and they absolutely loved the pool. Because of the close proximity of the room to the pool, it was comfortable to go swim or go back to the room. Staff was kind and helpful. We loved it, highly recommend!

Over the weekend, we stayed at Kisi Garden Hotel. The hotel has two outdoor pools: one large and deep (around 1.7 meters) and a smaller children’s pool (about 70 cm deep), which isn’t very big in size either. There are sun loungers and a café area nearby where you can relax in the shade at tables under umbrellas. You can grab a snack there or buy drinks and ice cream. The family rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, which might be inconvenient for families with small children. The room itself is compact, with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a standard single bed, a small wardrobe with hangers, two nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a mini fridge. The hotel staff is friendly, but mostly speak Georgian. The owner showed us his vineyard and treated us to grapes grown there.

The guesthouse is located in a very quiet area, and the room was comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and attentive. We brought our kitty with us, and they charged us a pet fee of 100 GEL, which was very reasonable. We would totally stay here again!
