Perfect location so close to Lee beach ⛱️ 1 min walk, lovely & spacious studio, with everything that you need for a self catering holiday.

Very clean and comfortable and presented with a bit of quirky design flair. Quietly positioned away from the main drag but only 1 min walk to restaurants and bars. A lovely quiet sandy beach is only a 2 min walk away..There's a small kitchen, sufficient for breakfast or a simple meal. Daily cleaning kept the place spotless. Very comfortable beds.

A hidden gem with a fantastic craftmanship made apartment. Extremely clean and everything you wanted and needed of kitchen utensils. The attention to details is stunning. Pictures do not do this apartment justice and it also has an extra patio that are not displayed. Hosts are wonderful and upon arrival made us a cake. Kind, welcome and wonderful. Can not recommend this place enough.

We were off season - empty beaches, amazing weather. Great location. Nice and very accommodating owners Jonathan, Katie and Helen. We will definitely be happy to come back here.

George is really a super host. Because he is local we asked him what we can do and because of that we saw a lot of beautiful places and he was always available and responded within minutes. The location ist also great because you're right next to the Beach and really central where all the restaurants are.

Location, location and location..if you think pictures are nice-wait till you see yourself, takes a breath away, we had a girls trip and it is very safe, quiet area, in evenings you chill by the pool with sounds of the waves, absolutely loved the place 🤍

The accommodation was excellent, very clean, quiet, 2 minute walk to the beach and local tavernas shops etc. Jack, the owner, was very attentive and responded to all of our requests. Jack had also arranged to be there to take delivery of a food order prior to our arrival at the Villa.

The property is ideally located next to Plakia Beach, about 5 -10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in Pefkos. The facilities are very good and there was plenty of space for a family.

Perfect location between two beaches. House has everything you may need and more. A couple of minor quibbles were sorted immediately. Host is helpful. Book with confidence. This is one building that has two separate apartments across 2 floors - Emerald Dawn is on the upper floor. We had access to the whole garden and enjoyed the privacy and security.

We loved the location and the spacious terrace. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine and basic kitchen. The Nikolas Taverna next door (same owners) had fantastic traditional Greek food.

Lovely villa! So nice and modern, 4 lovely bedrooms, good kitchen, 3 bathrooms and giant pool!! Pictures don’t do this villa justice it is so stunning.
