Great cozy place on a ground floor. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedroom, a small place to work if you have to, Wi-Fi is very good. The host Dionysius is kind and helpful. We certainly felt welcomed when we arrived. Bottles of water were placed for us in a fridge, sweets, coffee, tea... Looks like the host really cares about details. Everything is very clean and designed to be pleasant to look at. The place is a very good spot for exploring the region. The sea is very close, different beaches are in half-hour drive. Nestos gorge is also nearby. You can go on a kayak trip on Nestos or just enjoy the river at the village Galani. When at Old Town in Ksanti, visit the House of Shadows. So good!

Location was wonderful, quiet and peaceful little village in the mountains, nice clean rooms, hosts were really friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty late at night but the host was there waiting, check in was really smooth. Super Air conditioning. I really rest good after the long day drive.

well equipped very small apartment

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean when we arrived. The parking was convenient, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town. We highly recommend this place, and the next time we visit Xanthi, we would be happy to stay here again.

Really lovely owner and staff, good location as it's only a few miles outside Xanthi. Really nice pool you can use for free, nice staff at the pool. Breakfast was really nice too

The apartment has a great location right in the city centre. It is very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the water and the host immediately stepped in to resolve it.

🇬🇷 Υπέροχο μέρος για διαμονή! Έμεινα εκεί με τους γονείς μου και το δωμάτιό μας ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετο. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ καλά συντηρημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς – από πιστολάκι μαλλιών και πετσέτες μέχρι οδοντόβουρτσες και οδοντόκρεμες μίας χρήσης. Είχαμε επίσης μια εξαιρετική καφετιέρα! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, καθώς απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο και 10 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη, ενώ ταυτόχρονα η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη. Υπάρχουν αρκετοί χώροι στάθμευσης σε κοντινή απόσταση, τόσο υπαίθριοι όσο και στεγασμένοι. Ο κύριος που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και ευγενικός. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, είτε ταξιδεύετε με φίλους είτε με την οικογένειά σας! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 A wonderful place to stay! I visited with my parents, and our room was incredibly comfortable. It was spotless, very well maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed—from a hairdryer and fresh towels to complimentary disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. We also had a great coffee machine, which was a nice bonus! The location is excellent as well. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the city center and about 10 minutes from the Old Town, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. There are several parking options nearby, both open-air and covered. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place, whether you’re traveling with friends or with your family!

Everything was perfect, the flat is brand new, recently renovated and very clean! The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. (Downtown). Thank you very much for everything.

I’ve stayed in plenty of apartments around the world, but this one is easily one of my favorites. Everything feels brand new—the sofa is super comfy and the big double bed was a dream to sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped, and honestly? The knives were actually sharp! That almost never happens in rentals, so big thumbs up for that. 👍 You can even do your laundry as pods are provided. Location-wise, you have groceries, shops, and restaurants just around the corner. On top of that, the host’s hospitality was way beyond my expectations. Most importantly, it’s so quiet there. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Xanthi. Huge thanks to the owner for everything!

The accommodation is very pleasant, nicely arranged, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The small, charming kitchenette had all the essentials, even a kitchen towel neatly hung in place. Basic hygiene supplies were provided – shampoo, shower gel, and toiletries. I was especially impressed by the care for pets – there were two bowls for their needs and a small blanket in case we didn’t bring our own. Everything was spotless, and there was a basket in the corner for used towels, a thoughtful and practical detail. The entrance is directly on the ground floor, with no extra stairs or doors, making it convenient and pet-friendly. Highly recommended – excellent stay!
