The view of the village and the countryside from the terrace of the hostel is wonderful. It doesn't feel like a hostel at all but a welcoming home. Antonella and Emilio, the hosts, are very friendly and kind, and ready to help you with anything. The kichen is well equipped and the wi-fi strong and reliavle. I strongly recommend staying for more than one night to enjoy everything that area has to offer you. I am definitely returning next year.

The guest house was a wonderful find when we needed it the most. It's a new property with all the comforts for a good night sleep and with a very welcoming host. Even though we arrived very late, we were greeted personally by the owner. And what a surprise we had in the morning - egg breakfast in a small home style restaurant they have down below the rooms (as I understand the restaurant is for breakfast and needs to be prebooked for other meals). It is unusual to have such a service as most small guest houses in Italy do not serve warm breakfast. In addition we enjoyed sitting on the terrace and if we had more time we would have used their large garden. Parking was easy and secure in the courtyard of the guest house.

We loved this property. It was by far the largest property we rented along the way of Francis. It had everything we needed including a washing machine which is a luxury for a pilgrim. Lucia was even nice enough to put milk in the refrigerator for our America. Coffee. The owners were very easy to reach and we could check in when we arrived instead of waiting. We would definitely use this apartment again.

When walking the Via Francesca this is a great place for a stopover. Good room and good communication. Nice welcome and a lovely breakfast.

An amazing property and host. It’s right on the lake with a stunning view. Host Marco was great with communication, help and information. The two bedroom apartment is ideally located.
