This is my seventh visit to Kempinski Beirut, by far the best hotel in Lebanon, going back again this month. everything is great but what made my experience standout comparing to previous trips is the check in process, we usually arrive at 1 PM and the receptionist asked us politely to wait until 3 for check in, but this time the front end manager Walid speed up the process , not only that he upgraded our room that's why I am visiting again in couple of weeks.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, the rooftop pool is exceptional, facilities make it easy to stay for evening entertainment and food, it is not the average hotel experience you would expect, lots of subculture references and puns, our toddler enjoyed her stay too and was well welcomed, it stands out among the local hotels, will recommend and come back

Great location with a lot of cultural and leisure activities just few minutes walking distance. Despite its vicinity to the pubs/restaurants, it was very quiet inside the apartment which is very rare in Beirut. Great facilities with washing machines and dryers in the building free of charge. Staff was very responsive and extremely polite. I would definitely rent it when we come back to Lebanon

Staff were very friendly and werw available for any kind of help. Cleanliness was also good enough including bathrooms. Price was very reasonable. And the location was also on very good spot, kind of centre location to visit the important places in beirut. The highlight were the staff and their behavior. It was a pleasant experience in that hotel.
