I’ll start with the front door, you are greeted by Ali who is always smiling, you walk in to rayaan the warmest most beautiful person who is happy to assist you with literally anything and than you have walid who is respected and loved by his team, he will ensure everything about your stay is perfect. House keeping is 2secs they are so fast to bring things to your room, room service is amazing and the massage at the spa is a must!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! I arrived late, and Mr. Jaafar was waiting for me and welcomed me warmly. Since the restaurant was already closed, he kindly ordered food for me. Breakfast was excellent — a delicious and authentic Lebanese breakfast. The hotel also serves very fresh and tasty orange juice. Mr. Ali was very helpful, and I also want to thank Mr. Joe for his support and assistance during my stay. Dinner at the hotel was lovely, and the food was delicious. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. Honestly, from the reception to the food to the value for money, everything was perfect. The cleanliness was great, and the evening atmosphere was beautiful with fun games and challenges. Thank you all for your kindness and help. Highly recommended!
