Very great location, easy to find, host is super responsive and cooperative. Saved a lot of headache when arriving way earlier to PR. Place is what in a photo, has all what is needed. Well would we be back- 100proc!

The Don Rafa is a beautiful hotel, very well appointed throughout, absolutely stunning decor. We booked the Miramar Jr Suite, and plenty of room with living area with refrigerator and great large tv and couch, and bed comfy. Aircon good and not noisy at all. Decent continental breakfast in lobby, and gorgeous rooftop pool and cabana area we wish we had made more use out of. Very good restaurant on site, and lots of close by restaurants and bars. Most of all we have to comment on the incredibly personable and friendly staff at the Don Rafa - all kind, funny, helpful and cheerful, always addressing you personally by name which really added the special touch. We felt very welcome and at home there, and would not hesitate to return if ever back in San Juan. Highly recommend this hotel.
