We communicated with the front desk via Whatsapp messages, which was super convenient, since we could do it at any time, even during an excursion. They were very responsive and attentive. We loved the hotel in general, classy and quiet, with beautiful sounds of nature! also, the fact that is not an all-inclusive concept, allowed us explore more places to eat and drink (although the restaurant gets 5 stars in my opinion too!).

The location is fantastic! Walked to Jobos beach along the beach. Loved having the rooftop patio with ocean views. Could hear the ocean from up there. In the morning, had coffee there and watched the iguanas wake up in the tree tops. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, good hot water. The one AC unit was plenty to cool down the whole apartment.

Quiet and safe location! This was a wonderful experience! Great communication! Beautiful home! Great distance from all the things we wanted to do! Exceptional hosts! Easy check-in and out! Plenty of room and just a wonderful place to stay!
