Everything was perfect! The property was beautiful, big and everything you need. Close to a little beach. The kitchen was huge and super well equipped! We stayed for 3 nights and was the perfect quiet space to explore this part of the island. We would stay there again anytime! Loved it!

Amazing stay. Houses were very cozy and in an nice environment surrounded by stunning views and garden. Very calm location. You get fresh bread every morning and everything was always clean. Lady who was taking care of the houses was very nice and you almost felt like home. Best stay in Madeira.

Lúcia who hosted us is an awesome and very friendly person. She treated us very well throughout the stay. Linda, her poochie dog, is super cute. I would totally recommend staying at her property to get a nice family feel. Rooms were very comfortable and she even provided access to washer and dryer.

The welcome complimentary wine and fruit was a thoughtful touch. The house is very spacious and the space heaters were really helpful because the house was a bit chilly in April. The washing machine with detergent provided was great too for our dirty hiking clothes. I liked the location for our purposes because we had a car and several of the most famous hikes are less than a 20 minute drive away.

Excellent location! Has a big roof terrace to eat and relax. Definetely prefer the norther part of the island to discover and live, since it has more wonderful views and nature, and isn't so dry and hot as the southern half. It was the best choice to book this property solely because of the location! We were given a full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a big bathroom with the washing machine. Our stay was comfortable. There is no AC, but you don't need it, the temperature was comfortable every day (we visited early july). The air is moist and fresh, the town is small and cozy. There are bus stops but I reccomend getting a rental car.

Absolutely loved our stay in this little house. It was the perfect base for exploring the island, in such tranquil surroundings this home provided us all of the amenities needed for a self catering trip. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which was great for whipping up breads and guacamole made with the lovely fresh produce provided by the kind hosts. A lovely log burner made the evenings feel so cosy after the hikes

We booked this house for a family of 5 - all above age 18. The house was very spacious for us to feel comfortable. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival. The host was very polite, welcoming, responsive and even offered a late check out. The view from the front yard to the ocean was very lovely as well as the fire place for colder evenings. We did use the hot tub which was clean and lovely. The house has everything you might need in the kitchen and as well in the shower. The furniture was good quality and comfy.

Each room had its separate bathroom, that was really nice. All facilities and utilities are inside the home

Location is the best to relax and recharge.

We had a blast at the Maison ZiaZen. The accommodation is located in a quiet, picturesque area of Madeira. Cilene is a great host: very emphatic, welcoming and hard working: she cooked us a delicious dinner, helped us with the laundry and always offered great conversations. Thank you Cilene for your hospitality!

Very nice house in the middle of nowhere :) exactly as we expected, equiped with everything, quiet, clean, close to a lot of hiking points, smooth check in with keybox, owner is reachable on whats app and very nice. there is an anona tree in the front <3 and an avocado tree in the back <3 full of fruits in december <3 WOW!
