We were a group of 3 healthcare professionals who transferred a minor to a hospital in Eskilstuna late at night. The trip to Eskilstuna, handover to the hospital staff, and lack of taxi service at the time took us till 4am to get to the hotel. Robert messaged me that he would extend our checkout to rest a bit, which normally is done at 11 am. He also reserved some breakfast in case we had missed it. These little things make the customer happy. Will recommend the hotel again. Malcolm

They are welcoming, attentive, always at your service, nice property, the environment is therapeutic , calm no noise !!!!, there is bus connection , 24 hrs food store , the quietness is breath taking, will advise for family get away , will definitely come back for sure , I love the breakfast 😘🥰👍

A wonderful old building modernised sympathetically and set on the waters edge. The food was wonderful, the room spotless with dog bowls provided for our pet. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
