It's a very nice, family-friendly place with an amazing host. Clean, well-equipped, and located within walking distance of all the important spots in Avanos, 100% recommended.

Great location and the perfect spot to see the balloons in the morning from the terrace. Very helpful and caring staff. Helped us arrange the balloons ride, recommended restaurants and were always very helpful and making sure we had everything we needed.

Very good breakfast, on a roof terrace, beautiful panorama. Delicate turkish food. The owner was very kind and friendly. He explained lots of things about Turkey, he was very helpful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The building itself is in very good condition, roof terraces, nice and large bathroom.

What can I say - This is my favorite hotel if go to Cappadocia. Staff - Perfect ! Location - Perfect ! Rooms - Perfect ! Breakfast - Amazing ! View - The best what u can get in this village !

Friendly staff and great location and facility

It’s an amazing place. It’s located in the Old Town, and the room itself has a wonderful atmosphere.

We have enjoyed our stay. The suite is tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good and nice to have a complete homemade turkish breakfast everyday. Avanos was a great base for us to explore cappadocia, especially when you have a car - less traffic and with everything we need within walking distance (from good restaurants, cafe, supermarkets, atm, bakery to turkish ice cream). We booked the room very last minute due to unforeseeable circumstances and she was available to let us check in within 15min.

The staff were super accommodating and actively wanted to help us at every step. Don't worry about the other reviews for the language barrier - the host had sufficiently large dictionary to explain to us where/when to go and other logistics. Large rooms and tall ceiling.

The hotel was busy and good place

Perfect location between urgup, goreme and avanos. Great place to watch the air balloons 🎈 launch during sunrise. Time your alarm for 05:00 to not miss the spectacle !!!! Very friendly and helpful staff Almost 24/7 turkish thee 🫖 !!!! For people who is traveling with Electric car.. there are 2 charging stations of Trugo in 100m distance.

Very good hotel and exceptional location for everything. The Balloon just you can see from your window. The centre is 4 minutes away from the hotel. and just 30 minutes from Nevesehir airport. Everything thing was good in this hotel. They staff was excellent. They arranged me an early check-in because I have a family and free breakfast on the day of arrival. I really felt grateful. Everytime they were calling for a taxi on my request. Thanks alot the exceptional staff of this lovely hotel.

The property is located on a quiet cul de sac, so there is minimal noise at night and peaceful mornings to wake up and enjoy the superb views on offer.

The view of the balloons from the balcony of the room is very convinient. The rooftoop view was beautiful also. I can see the sunset from the balcony. The location is kinda near with the top spots. Rental shops are also around the area.

The hotel was positioned high up on the street, which meant we had the privilege of waking up to such amazing views. Ceren, the receptionist was also so helpful! She helped organise our itinerary for the 2 day stay, organised a rental car and ATV trip. Honestly, she made us feel so welcome.
