The hotel I stayed at was one of the best in Cappadocia. The staff were very attentive and helpful regarding tours. They arranged hot air balloon rides and other tours for us at the reception. The rooms are quiet and in a cave setting. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was delivered separately and everything was fresh and hot. We were captivated from the moment we entered. They upgraded our room to the king room which was super confortable and spacious, the bed was very big, shower worked really well and all the amenities were provided (slippers, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, bath foam, hair dryer, daily waters and tea/coffee, kettle, mini fridge). Everything was excellent, our Superior Villa was the best choice of our Turkiye trip. The staff warm hospitality was the best throughout our holidays : Arif (the manager), Llyda (the receptionist), Daud (night shift) and Mustafa were just amazing. They’re so handful in everything and we can’t thank them enough for it. But what made our stay in Secret Hill Cave much more special : the resident dogs, 4 years old female mix breed (Latte), 3 years old female pug (Linda), 1 year old male pug (Pasha). These three are the best well behaved dogs ever ! Wish we can stay longer than 4 nights.. On our last day, we preferred to stay in the hotel so we can spent most of the day with them..
