Clean, good location. Value for money. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast.

I've visited Fishkill from the UK many times and stayed in almost all the local hotels. This was my first time at this hotel and I enjoyed my visit. The hotel is basic but very clean, and staff were friendly. I was happy with the size of the room and the kitchen facilities. The location is excellent and right next to a bus stop to connect you to Wappingers, Beacon and Poughkeepsie. The area is very safe, including late at night. I look forward to staying here again.

Got a bad price through booking.com. Paid about $80 over the room price. So facility did not match the price. Paid $194.50.

liked then location close to the freeway for where we were visiting. Also close to shopping for w the walmart super store. Was able to fix meals in our room. Nice breakfast room was comfortable and clean. It met out expectation.

This B&B is a peaceful oasis largely due to its hosts, Jim and Joe, who are delightful and friendly, and put themselves out for us to to feel welcome. Jim, as front of house, having not lost his strong Glasgow accent, shared an experience of childhood very close to my husband's and was up for some thoughtful philosophical discussions, leaning into the positive. He also supplied us with home made frittata and turnovers for breakfast with excellent coffee! The house is close to the small town of Beacon which is enough of a tourist venue to have a good range of classy eating options. We did not have our own transport and so we relied on taxis but Jim also gave us some lifts into town that were over and above and much appreciated.
