Breakfast was what I expected at hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit included pineapple, which was great. Oatmeal subpar, watery. The room was quite clean.

Hotel exterior looks older, but rooms have apparently been upgraded. Super clean, wood-grain vinyl plank floors (no musty carpet freshener odor). Completely modern and new bathroom and fixtures, shower head is high enough to accomodate taller people. Beds very comfortable with four pillow each. Wifi works fine. Room included microwave, coffeemaker, fridge (inside cabinet). Also, coffee at the office is very good, by Portland Roasters. Room quiet in spite of being downtown. Front desk attendant friendly and helpful. Great value.
