And the cleaning lady did a very perfectionist job. We also dis laundry and it was ready the same day and folded. The small attentions were very nice. We also booked an extra night by mistake on the wrong night and the managed to find us another stay nearby. We are e very thankful.

Located in Riyadh, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is a modern hotel situated in the famous Kingdom Tower. It offers an outdoor pool, a spa and an elegantly decorated accommodation. I lost my phone in a taxi and the staff made every effort to retrieve it and the security chief figured it out. This is the most amazing service I have EVER experienced. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Immaculate in every way possible. We needed more space as there was 5 of us. It had an open plan kitchen and lounge area as well as two bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

The staff were very helpful and although we only stayed for one night, it was a comfortable stay. I would say it was tricky to find the place as there is no official hotel name or card. It was also a bit tricky to get to and from the haram as again.. the hotel wasnt easy to locate via Uber and you definitely need a car to get to the haram. Also, I would advise you check if any construction work is taking place near the stay. There were road works going on which made it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel, especially for my aging parents. The staff did help get our luggage through the rubble though

The local characteristics of breakfast are not bad, and you can see the Nile River. After comparing the surrounding ones, this one is better. The boss is very handsome, has a nice voice, and is very enthusiastic. The experience is good.

This was probably the best hotel on our trip! The staff were really helpful and kind, the rooms were so beautifully decorated and the location on the banks of the river was just out of this world. Most astonishingly, the hotel manager couriered our iPad to us from Aswan all the way to Alexandria free of charge after we left it in the room upon check-out. Really a delightful stay and we will certainly return to this gem!
