The property is located in a verdant residential area of the town: a 30-minute walk from the bus terminal and main restaurant area. There is a useful nearby stop for the buses going to the Argentine side of the waterfalls, and to the airport. A comfortable stay in a large house near a supermarket and empanada shop. Nico was a kind and attentive host. This was an excellent family base for visiting Iguazu falls.

EVERYTHING! Great place with great staff! Me and a party of two others booked the place super late in the evening while we were driving on the road and the staff were there to receive us. A message was even sent out. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we were to spend more nights in the area. Breakfast was diverse, good, and plenty of. It was a nice atmosphere with the pet as well there. Beautiful view. Bedrooms were big and comfortable and the bathroom was great and clean. Towels were provided/found readily available in the room. Great parking space as well! Seeing as we arrived late in the evening and did not know any dinner places open, the restaurant next to us was open. I believe this one is attached/connected to the hotel. Amazing food and great atmosphere! Will attach a foto of the meal. As for tourist friendly I would range it as extremely high! I am a non-Spanish speaker and felt the staff were more than understanding towards me and my broken Spanish.
