We stayed as a family of 5 biking the Drau trail from Dobbiaco to Villach and we stayed 2nights at Harry’s Home and apartments. It felt like luxury and we all loved it!

It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. It was the perfect place for our one night stay in Innsbruck. At the heart of the historic center, in a beautifully restored building. The rooms felt very new and well taken care of. Great beds and nice shower!! Good value for money.

Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a mountain view. The staff were simply superb. Very engaging, friendly - they really made us feel welcome. The bedrooms were all very nicely furnished, comfortable, with a great standard of linen, sheets, etc. The view across the street was very quaint. For those with sensitive hearing, please beware the church which is very close by. A lovely building oozing character, accompanied by bells around 6am - a good wake up call if you sleep with the window open! We also dined in the Gasthaus Rössle and the food was excellent. Again, great service with excellent cuisine.

Located in Maurach, 10 minutes walking distance from the Achen Lake, Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a bar and a restaurant with a large selection of pizza, pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. The attention to detail and the warmth of Arthur and Ingrid and Lise. It was a memorable 2 days and I hope to go back someday . The restaurant too was excellent and the waiter ( i don’t recall his name ) was exceptional.
