Food is excellent and we absolutely loved the high level of service and the easygoing and fun staff in the restaurant. Amazing what the chef could do with what we all usually have have in our fridge at home. The taste and texture is a hit with flavours that you cannot create yourself.. Wine pairing is also perfect and the wine cellar is impressive: Schwanen is super relaxed and the interior breathe calmness and harmony. This was our second visit and we will be coming back. Emanuel is an excellent host and he has gathered a great team that takes really good care of you. Thank you very much!

The property was kept clean and was a nice refuge after a long day of hiking. Our room was also comfortable owing to a ventilation system that actively dehumidified the bathroom — a nice touch during the summer months! As far as the service, all the staff at Ursprung were very nice and excited to see us. Our breakfast was excellent and personalized, and the hotel manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Stephen and Christine were the epitome of warm Austrian hospitality—welcoming, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. After we returned from an unexpectedly wet alpine hike, they went out of their way to help us get warm and dry, making us feel completely at home. We even had a fun language exchange and learned that a kettle in German is called a “Wasserkocher”! Their care and generosity made our stay truly memorable. Best of luck to Stephen with his new apartment construction—no doubt it’ll be just as lovely as Haus 24. Thank you both for such a heartfelt and cozy experience!

We loved this place as our stop along our road trip. The views are beautiful and could watch it all the day - there are benches to sit on nearby the hotel which was great to sit with a coffee and chill with our dog. The room was perfectly clean and modern, and spacious for us with out larger dog. Everything went smooth and we didn't miss anything. Would definitely come again.

An absolutely excellent place to stay for families of all ages. Thanks to the true ski-in/ski-out access, even in mid-March, our family could start skiing together each morning. Later in the day, we easily split up based on preferences—some of us had the energy to ski all day, while others preferred to start the après-ski earlier.:))) The warm outdoor pool with magnificent mountain views was amazing! It stayed pleasantly warm even while it was snowing. Everything was comfortable, clean, modern, just as in hotel images. Car parking, ski storage, fitness center, and swimming pool are all conveniently connected and easily accessible.
