The appartment is located by meadows and green within 3 km from Murtensee in quiet place in nice house. The appartment has everything you can imagine, great disposition with so much comfortable bedroom. Nice lightning and decorations, total privacy. Two balcony for the use with furniture available. Our host, Carmen, so much kind, sincere, very helpful person, suggesting valuable recommendations, so nice chatting with her. In the surroundings great walks for my dog and cows with bells just nearby, truly Swiss atmosphere. Murten see with its old houses worth visiting especially by sunset, great atmosphere. Parking available, wifi super speed. Very close to Bern and Fribourg to explore. Payment possible in cash or by card.

A perfect room for a family with small kids. The panoramic view is amazing. There is a hiking path to the lake of Murten just underneath the hotel. 20 minutes drive to Papiliorama, if you want to be there early. The best is to be at Papiliorama as soon as it opens in the morning. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We (my partner and our 4y kid) stayed on their 2 rooms apartment for a 4-night holiday stay during may 2026 and appreciated the separation between the night-area with the beds and the daily room with the fully equipped kitchenette. Being on the top floors we much liked the view over the Bienne lake and the quiet atmosphere of the village without any traffic noise (pedestrian zone around the hotel). Despite the medieval historic feeling of the building, the apartment was fully renovated inside.
