Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. Strongly recommend everyone who comes to Brunnen to stay here, especially the lake side room.

The views are amazing, the staff is very welcoming and always helpful and the rooms are clean and cozy! Make sure you try the Flower Soup!! We never ate anything tastier than it. This is a full 5 stars hotel not 4 stars. Each detail was perfect more than any expectations. Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind and efficient.
