He is an excellent host and deserves a 10 rating. The beds are one of the most comfortable beds we've slept on, even in high end hotels. We were comfortable sitting in the living room and it's nice to have a tv that can be seen from the living room/dining room area. Also 1 of the bedrooms has a tv and this is nice to relax with as well. Plus it's great to have 2 bathrooms. The shower faucet is very strong and excellent quality. We appreciated all of the things in the well stocked kitchen to enable us to be comfortable. The apartment looks new and feels new. Overall we would stay here again regardless of any issues.
