Everyone was very friendly and always incredibly helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool facilities were great for a hot day, and it's really nice that we could order food and drinks from the rooftop restaurant at the poolside. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view! At the rooftop spa there is also a jacuzzi, overlooking the view of the city. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. The hotel itself felt very safe, also at night there was staff and security in the lobby. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, little parks and local boutique shops. It was very useful to have the cornershop and a bank across the street. We didn't visit the supermarkets, but there were plenty of options nearby.

This is a brand new hotel, it opened in early 2025. The WiFi is fast, the rooms are clean, the shower has great pressure, and the breakfast is good. The bed is comfy, and the AC works well. My room had a desk I could work at, but they also have a small conference room/breakfast area you can use. It's new, small, and low-key. I like it.

Set in Bucaramanga, Casa Comala offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms.

Excellent hotel, great rooms and stuff. A little outside of the town, but in a walking distance during the day and very cheap to get back with a taxi after sundown.

It’s a lovely house just outside the main area of the village, about 8min walk from the Central Park, so it feels like it’s in the country side.

I loved it! Even though I was only there for one night, I'd recommend anyone staying there. Yes, the accommodation is basic, yes it's far away from everything, but the bus can drop you off at the closest intersection. From there it's a 5 minutes walk. I enjoyed everything. The host is so friendly, the view is amazing, bed's cozy, everything.
