Amazingly helpful staff. Had booked for wrong dates and when i reached they took pain to find me and my family a room without any extra charge To top it, fantastic apartment with separate sitting area and 2 bedrooms and with lovely view of fort, river and cathedral

We were amazed by this hotel, its very good located, with a lot of attractions for kids; outside play ground is small but interesting for kids; alpacas took a lot of attention from the little one; the pools and separation of the pool for the little kids - it was great, i’ve never seen such a great pool for the small kids; there were a lot of additional activities for kids but as we don’t speak Czech we were not participating; food was great, lot of selections and u can make sandwiches for the road; lot of parking spaces; the whole hotel is renovated;

Best location in the old town Our hotel is surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere - directly on the southern bank of the river next to the castle park with no road in between.

The staff was super kind, our room was exactly as it's shown in the pictures, nice breakfast (specially the scrambled eggs) all the facilities are cozy and functional. Having a swimming pool was an extra point.
